The Hindi version of SS Rajamouli’s historical action saga RRR, according to Netflix, has become “India’s most popular film” on streaming services worldwide. Two months after its global theater premiere, the Hindi-dubbed version of the Telugu movie premiered on Netflix on May 20. The 3 hours and 2-minute long RRR (Hindi) movie has “almost 45 million hours” of viewing time globally, claims the streaming service.

The movie, which was dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada as a pan-Indian film, is a fictional pre-independence tale based on two historical Indian fighters in the 1920s, who are portrayed by Ram Charan and Komaram. Alluri Sitarama’s speech N T Rama Rao Jr. and Raju Bheem
With over 1,200 crores at the global box office, RRR is one of the most profitable Indian movies of 2022.
For Rajamouli’s epic vision, the gravity-defying action sequences, the leading men’s performances, and the execution of the song Nacho Nacho (or Naatu Naatu in Telugu), composed by MM Keeravani, earned largely excellent feedback.
Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn also starred in important roles, the film was released in IMAX, IMAX 3D, 3D, and Dolby cinema formats.
Streaming of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions of “RRR” began on May 20 on ZEE5.
