An e-bus platform has been launched by Ashok Leyland's global EV arm

For the Indian market, Switch Mobility launched the EV variant Switch EiV 12 on Tuesday.

In two variants EiV 12 low floor and EiV 12 standard will be available in the market.

Buses equipped with Switch iON technology enable remote monitoring and diagnostics in real-time, 

As Well As World-Class Digital Battery Management.

In another two to three years, the company plans to invest 300 million pounds in its UK and Indian facilities.

A new factory is also being built in Spain by Switch.

A single charge of the modular batteries can extend the range of kilometers up to 300 km/day.

Fast charging with dual guns allows up to 500 kilometers per day.

According to the manufacturer, this ultramodern e-bus can be easily and quickly maintained.
